Join us at the Library for a guided meditation each week!
Everyone is welcome to attend!
Practices will be selected from meditation apps and CD's and will focus on relaxation and stress management. Each meditation will be around 20 to 30 minutes but the room will be open until 1:00 pm should anyone wish to relax, grab a bite, or socialize afterward.
The program is free and no registration is required!
