Join us in a casual environment for a 10 session insight meditation course to help you build your meditation practice and protect your body from stress. Sessions will be repeated on Wednesday evenings at 7:15 pm each week. Recorded meditations are led by Linda Hall.

What you will learn:
We all need to be able to relax in order to maintain our own health and well being but sometimes we can forget how to. In this 10 session course you will learn how to re-train your mind and body to relax naturally through gentle mind/body awareness, breathing techniques, intention and attitude. You will be shown how to incorporate simple practices into your day-to-day living to improve your overall levels of mental and physical relaxation and bring about lasting change.
