FORE! The Memories Golf Tournament

Our 21st Annual FORE! The Memories Golf Tournament will be hosted at the St. Marys Golf & Country Club. Each golfer ticket includes: 18 holes, cart, BBQ lunch, and Chicken and Rib Dinner. All funds raised from the tournament stay in Huron and Perth Counties to go towards enhancing programs and services that support people living with dementia, their families, and their care partners.

We are so grateful for your support, and to our sponsors, golfers and volunteers for being part of this wonderful event! There will be prizes for top teams and individual special holes.

• 11:30 - 12:45 Registration, BBQ Lunch and warm-up
• 1:00 Shotgun start (scramble format)
